3D Arthur Art

Post by A Lotta Moms on Thu 30 Jan 2014 - 0:06

This thread is specifically devoted to those Arthur characters fortunate enough to have acquired superfluous dimensions of reality.  4D, 5D and 6D artwork is acceptable too, but nothing beyond that. Seriously, we have to draw the quantum line somewhere.

First up: Molly MacDonald.  Feel the pain!

Model and poses created by me in Poser Pro and 3DS Max with touch-ups in Paint Shop Pro.
Base materials include 3D Universe's Teen Sadie, Littlefox's Gumdrops, Daz3D's Hampton Hair, Kozaburo's Short Bob Hair and Choco's Cutie Bunny for Haru 1.0.

I'll be sure to toss in that 3D Fern in here once I finish creating her, so that way Molly won't be so lonely.

Whew...what a relief!  All this time without anyone to push around has made her so angsty, she's been breaking into unlocked vehicles.
It's not a pretty situation, I'll say that much.

Good thing Fern is the best candidate for Molly's harassment.
After all, Molly needs someone who is most unlikely to stand up for themselves right off the bat.

I'm sure Molly won't care about simple caricatures of her from Fern though.

True, and until yet another 3D cast member comes along to see Fern's vengeful doodles, the smear campaign will have a pretty hard time getting off the ground.

In the meantime, Molly's sure having a helluva time on the set of Cars...

Okay, it's high time to revive this thread.
Mo Model is officially in the works, and should bust onto the scene in a few days.

Oh, poop, the pictures are all missing. I was looking forward to see a 3d version of the cast members.

It'll take more than Photobucket to stop 3D Molly.

Yep!  I did have a few other poses of the same model up on Photobucket that were unfortunately lost, but I might still have them backed up on one of my external hard drives somewhere or another.

Molly's currently the only Arthur character I've rendered in 3D and posted publicly, but I do have a nearly-complete (slightly humanized) model of Mora that might surface in the near future in form of a pinup calendar or something. Wink

And hey, 3D Molly appreciates! I've printed her out on my handy dandy 3D printer, wound her up, and set her off on a trip across the Pacific to thank you in person. Bandages not included.

Many thanks, hopefully he'll be even more presentable once he gets a body and some clothes. Razz

I'll post him on DeviantArt (which I haven't logged into for months) when he's all done.  And yep, he's our foster child.  We didn't have to put up much of a fight for the court to grant custody, with Bitzi and Bo being such negligent assholes.

You're welcome.
Bitzi and Bo would've been drunk when they conceived Buster I imagine so I'm glad he's in a better environment now. Meg mentioned how she adopted him, more like rescued. Atleast Arthur and Francine's parents try. Bitzi is a disaster
